FAQ / Shipping Policy

*** To prevent any errors in shipping please spell everything out. You can edit addresses while you are in the address confirmation step of the checkout process ***


Q: How long is processing time?


A: All orders will be processed between 1-3 business days. This excludes weekends and any big holidays. 


Note: during sales, processing times may be extended by another 24-48 hours. 


Q: How long is transit time ? 


A: During checkout you’ll see carrier calculated shipping rates and estimated transit time. Transit time begins once an order is dropped off to USPS. Transit time doesn’t begin at the completion of ordering.


Note: If you received a tracking number and have a question in regards to shipping please direct it to USPS. We see the same information as customers. 


Q: Where do your packages ship from ?


A: All packages are shipped from New York. 


Q: Why are shipping rates high ? 


A: We ship with USPS, we do not create the shipping rates. Everything is based on weight. 


Q: Do you ship worldwide?


A: For now we only ship within the United States. As we grow we will offer international shipping. 


Q: Are we able to pick up packages ? 


A: We do everything online so for now pickups/meetups aren’t being offered. 


Q: When do you restock ? 


A: Depends on the item. Please check our Instagram page (Instagram.com/overlyobsessed.co) for updates. 


Q: I put in the wrong address , what do I do ? 


A: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any request to update an address will be processed after an order has been placed.


Note: We will not issue refunds or replace orders that have been returned to sender or orders that were provided the wrong address.
